Carrie Rose Wolocko was born and raised in Detroit. She attended the University of Michigan, receiving a BFA with concentrations in printmaking and photography. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2002, she switched her focus to painting and has exhibited her work in many galleries throughout the city. Carrie lives and works in Silver Lake, CA.
