It took me a while to accept it, but this Michigander really does love L.A., and I’ll have a painting in the show I Heart L.A. to prove it. It’s at Monkey House in Silverlake, and the opening reception is January 24, 2008, 5 to 9 pm. It’s about time you come to terms with your affection for the fair city too, so come on out to enjoy it immortalized in art.
