For the birthday of my long-time patron, super-supporter and friend, this year I gave Jen “Pink Tangle.” It now resides in Atwater Village (LA, CA), and I’m thrilled it does! Thank you for everything Jen!

LA Marathon
It’s not art related, but I have to tell you any way: I ran the LA Marathon yesterday! It was the second for me, and this year’s weather far surpassed the monsoon-like conditions of last year. Thanks in large part to the sunny skies and mild temperatures, my friend Julie and I were able to shave off almost 20 minutes from our previous finish time. It wasn’t easy, but we kept smiling almost the whole time (with the exception of a couple hills) and enjoyed seeing so much of the city on foot, and on a beautiful day. Time to put the feet up for a few days… then it’s back to painting!
